Our Specialty UV/LED Cure Inks

ELG-1400 Series

The ELG-1400 Series Dielectric clear was recently developed to complement our ELG UV Curable Conductive Silver line; as such we are still in beta test mode and have limited technical information available. This data sheet will be updated when test data is available

ELG-410S

ELG-410S is a one-part, high solids, UV curable conductive silver, suitable for a variety of applications including RFID, EL, static shields, contact pads, as well as many other applications common to the membrane switch industry. When properly processed it exhibits a low trace resistive value. The ELG Conductive Silvers can be used with most solvent-based carbon resistive compounds as well as UV-curable dielectrics.

1500 Series

The 1500 is a UV curable ink system specifically formulated for pressure sensitive decal applications requiring exterior exposure up to five years. 1500 series inks provides excellent flexibility, eliminating edge curl due to ink film shrinkage, as well as outstanding adhesion properties while being NVP free. Combined with using automotive grade pigments, Norcote's 1500 Series exhibits excellent opacity and light-feat

DC Series

The Dyno-Cote Series is a UV curable ink system specially formulated to achieve adhesion to flat sheet high density polyethylene and polypropylene materials. This series is formulated with a resin system that allows for excellent durability and flexibility. Developed for end use on polyolefin materails, the Dyno-Cote Series provides excellent adhesion on many additional rigid substrates; including but not limited to polystyrene, coated and card stock, rigid vinyl, PVC and some coated materials.

GN Series

The GN Series is specially formulated to achieve adhesion to fluted polyolefin and polyolefin banner materials; with exterior light-fastness and weatherabillity on mind. This series has excellent durability while maintaining flexibility. Developed for end use on polyolefin materials, the GN Series provides excellent adhesion on most all Point-of-Purchase substrates; including but not limited to: polystyrene, coated and uncoated card stock, rigid vinyl, PVC, pressure sensitive vinyl and some coated metals. The GN Series does not contain N-Vinyl-2-Pyrrolidone (NVP).

MUV9 Series

The MUV9 is a matte ultraviolet curable acrylic screen printing ink  specifically formulated for the multi-purpose use in point of Purchase printing. This Series demonstrates excellent adhesion properties while maintaining a high degree of flexibility for die-cutting. The MUV9 has a very high degree of reactivity for extremely high cure speeds, which works especially well with in-line printers or carrousel type presses.

QS Series

The QS Series is specially formed to achieve adhesion to wide range of acrylic, PETG and styrene requiring heat-bending, router cutting, and thermoforming for the sign and graphics market. This series has excellent durability while maintaining flexibility for die-cutting. Additional substrates include polycarbonate, most rigid and flexible vinyl, static cling vinyl, rigid and flexible treated polyethylene and polypropylene, treated fluted polypropylene and some anodized metals. The QS Series does not contain NVP.

UV9 Series

The UV9 is an ultraviolet-curable acrylic screen-printing ink specifically formulated for multi-purpose use in Point of Purchase printing. This series demonstrates excellent adhesion properties while maintaining a high degree of flexibility for die cutting. Formulated with premium light-fast pigments, the UV9 is an extremely durable outdoor system with very good opacity and fast cure speeds. The UV9 has a very high degree of reactivity for extremely high cure speeds, which works exceptionally well with in-line printers or carousel-type printers.

XL6 Series

The XL6 Series is a UV curable ink system specifically formulated for pressure-sensitive decal applications requiring exterior exposure up to 5 years. XL6 Series inks have been formulated with a high-performance acrylate urethane which provides excellent adhesion properties for superior performance on pressure sensitive vinyl's and print-treated polyesters. The XL6 Series has been formulated with the use of automotive grade pigments producing excellent opacity and a light fast ink film. (This product contains no NVP)
